How are my workouts personalised? +
Your workouts are generated based on your sport, experience level, body stats (weight, age, sex), training schedule, and goals. The app scales weights and volume automatically as you progress.
How does nutrition work? +
Your daily calorie and macro targets are calculated using the Mifflin-St Jeor formula adjusted for your activity level, sport type, and goal (cut/maintain/build). Log meals on the Fuel tab to track daily intake.
Can I connect a fitness tracker? +
Yes — BullForge supports Bluetooth heart rate monitors via Web Bluetooth. Tap the Bluetooth icon when starting a workout to connect. Sleep and activity data from bands like Fitbit/Garmin can be viewed on the Progress page.
How do I install the app on my phone? +
Open bullforge.pages.dev in your browser. On iPhone use Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android use Chrome → Menu → Add to Home Screen.
How do I delete my account? +
Email support@bullforge.app with the subject "Delete Account" and we'll remove all your data within 48 hours.
